I am an Oxford graduate in biology with a master’s degree in bioarchaeology, currently completing a PhD in public health focusing on medical sociological and anthropological approaches to arboviral epidemics in Latin America. As a native speaker of English (British nationality) with broad research experience in the social and biological sciences in both Spanish and English, I am happy to provide translation and editing services for Spanish to English academic, research and medical work.
I am from the south of England but have learnt my foreign languages living in countries where they are spoken (Spain, France and Brazil). I have been translating for over 10 years and as a Conference Interpreter for 4 years. I also work in tourism and education, which are two of my specialist fields.
Matching native-level bilingual skills in Hebrew and English, near-native level skills in Spanish. Over 25 years of experience translating and editing academic texts for publication in peer-reviewed journals
I have over 30 years of experience producing high quality translations. I love my job.
