I am a certified English translator graduated in 2017 in Argentina
In 2009, I held a degree in Translation and Interpreting (English and French) at the Pompeu Fabra University of Barcelona, Spain. During my studies, I also studied Italian. I do love languages and traveling. I also hold a complementary degree in Cultural Mediation.
Professional translator from English to Spanish with 15+ year of experience. If you want to see an example of what I do, go online and look for my most recent translation - the book "Muéstrame la luz," by Jan Shultis. Or just go to "Translation Samples" on this same website.
For 20 years I have been freelancing as a translator & interpreter with two pairs of languages (English, Italian>Spanish) and as a proofreader and editor. I also have 5 years of experience in Portuguese>Spanish and I'm currently training in German>Spanish Besides, I have worked as a lexicographer developing Spanish dictionaries for a well-known Argentinean publishing house. A member of three professional associations (IAPTI, AATI, and PLECA), I also teach a literary translation workshop at a local bookshop. In addition, I have also worked as a TV host and a journalist. Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, from Italian parents, I'm kind of a rare breed: a language-loving bookworm who also loves sports. A bookish four-eyes who also swims and runs—a runnerd (a nickname that for some reason I really enjoy).
I'm an English to Spanish translator with over seven years of experience in literary, technical, and general translation. I specialize in literary translation.
