For 20 years I have been freelancing as a translator & interpreter with two pairs of languages (English, Italian>Spanish) and as a proofreader and editor. I also have 5 years of experience in Portuguese>Spanish and I'm currently training in German>Spanish Besides, I have worked as a lexicographer developing Spanish dictionaries for a well-known Argentinean publishing house. A member of three professional associations (IAPTI, AATI, and PLECA), I also teach a literary translation workshop at a local bookshop. In addition, I have also worked as a TV host and a journalist. Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, from Italian parents, I'm kind of a rare breed: a language-loving bookworm who also loves sports. A bookish four-eyes who also swims and runs—a runnerd (a nickname that for some reason I really enjoy).
I'm an English teacher and translator. I'm very professional and accurate with my job.
When I was a little girl, I had always liked languages, and been always curious about everything. Translating seemed to be the right choice for me. I pursued my English translation studies at university, and got my postgraduate certificate from City University, London. After quitting my job in a multinational company, I decided to pursue my translating career full time.
