I am a language nerd. I studied Italian language and linguistics, ancient Greek and Latin. Then, Arabic and Turkish Languages in Venice. I specialized in Arabic with a Master in Paris, where I also attended one year of linguistics classes about Dialects of the Maghreb. After a master degree in International and Intercultural Negotiation, I also traveled around North Africa to study in several accredited schools, taught languages, translated all kinds of documents and worked in NGOs.
I am a freelance journalist and translator working in Italy and UK. I am passionate about tennis, films and languages. For almost two years I have been running a blog called Inglish.it, where I write stories about cultural gaps and differences among languages.
