Mother tongue Italian. A degree in languages and literatures in 1992 with thesis about translation of proverbs and idiomatic expressions from English into Italian.

Motivated by a deep interest in foreign cultures and their ways to express meanings, I gained experience in different multilingual working environments, thus training my adaptability and flexibility among various European languages. After having completed my studies in the fields of specialized and literary translation, I am now pursuing a professional career as both a freelance and an in-house translator and transcreator.

I have been working as a translator since 2017, mostly for technical, academic and scientific documents and certificates.
After my Bachelor's degree in Linguistic and Cultural Mediation, awarded in 2017, I have also obtained a Master's degree in Specialized Translation. These qualifications along with the period spent in London, allowed me to significantly improve my linguistic and communication skills in translation.

Since 2016 I've been working freelance doing text translation, proofreading and writing content for different clients.
