Please use a dryer or a combination of air filter, pressure regulator, and lubricator as the pneumatic source. Before the air and mist are channeled to the rotary table, they need to be filtered and cleaned up in order to prevent the pneumatic switches from being wrecked by the untreated air and mist. Work-pieces and fixtures need to be installed in the center of rotation of both the rotary table and the corresponding tailstock. If the work-pieces or fixtures are not appropriately positioned, it may twist the rotary table and further jeopardize precision or cause excessive wear of worm shaft/gear. Please don’t use water-soluble coolant containing phosphoric acid as cutting fluid.
