Are you wondering how to overcome linguistic and cultural barriers and be successful on the german market?
I have been working as freelance translator for 17 years and can assist you with translation, transcreation and proofreading from English, French and Swedish into German.
My main areas of expertise are medical and pharmaceutical texts, marketing, legal texts, tourism, apparel and beauty as well as power and energy.
I am a translator for German (source: Dutch and English), who loves both the language and the trade, and spent her childhood in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. I like variation and challenges. I quickly adapt to new situations and am prepared to change methods in accordance with customer’s wishes during a project.
Foreign languages have always fascinated me. Extended stays
in the Netherlands and Spain, travelling as an artist and
living in a multicultural city like Berlin enabled me to constantly keep
in touch with foreigners whilst practising their languages.
In my original profession as a visual artist, I am also speaking various
types of language – be it colourful, intricately shaped,
audiovisual or textured.
