I studied social sciences and law and obtained 2 master degrees in these fields. Then, I worked 10 years in consumer protection both in the French consumer authority and in the European Commission (DG Justice and Consumers) as a lawyer. I worked on EU legislation and its implementation in the different EU members States, working with national authorities on common enforcement action and investigations.
I therefore developed my expertise in Consumer legislation (B2C contracts) and in Consumer affairs in general, in particular regarding car rentals and airlines, social media (advertisement, data protection), booking platforms, e-commerce, time share contracts and holidays rentals.
