I am a freelance Hebrew-English translator and editor at the Tel Aviv Review of Books. I hold an M.Phil in International Relations from the University of Cambridge, and I am also a qualified tour guide.
I have a degree from Columbia University in Political Science. I have a background in journalism and was a writer and editor for a national newspaper. I currently do freelance writing and translating.
I am an Israeli native residing in the UK for 20 years. A senior member of the western medical faculty at the International College of Oriental Medicine (ICOM) since 2013, where I serve as the course coordinator of the anatomy and physiology modules. I have been a practicing traditional acupuncturist for over 14 years, and I am fascinated by anything to do with medicine, communication, cultures, systems of belief, and science. As such, I find that engagement in the translations of such texts is stimulating and enriching and, I hope, may be of some service to others.
