I've been translating full-time since 1994. Certified by the court in Utrecht. End clients include all the major banks and law firms in the Netherlands, universities (VU Amsterdam, TU Delft & Eindhoven, etc.) and, until it was wound up, the UN Yugoslavia Tribunal. I also provide voiceover work (neutral British male accent, "rich and calm").

Literary translator and proofreader currently living in the Netherlands. I have worked as a translator since October 2015 and have specialised in literary translation since 2018, worked with a number of publishers and literary festivals in the Netherlands as part of my work. I also have academic writing experience with history, linguistic and literary/translation theory texts thanks to modules covered in my BA and MA.
