Are you ready to exist on the French-speaking market?
30 years experience in supply chain, IT.
Master's degree in Translation from Ecole d'interprètes Internationaux, Mons University (B)
I was a registered nurse for 21 years first in gynecology/surgery at Montfort Hospital, then the artificial kidney unit (AKU or Hemodialysis) and the intensive care unit (ICU) at the Ottawa General Hospital from 1974 to 1996. I translated the English book "Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Treatment Guide 2nd Edition" from Erica F. Verrillo to French (Syndrome de Fatigue Chronique Guide de traitemet 2ième édition) in 2017 through the Babelcube site.
I have been a freelance translator for about thirty years now, living and working in the countryside, very close to nature.
I am also a professor of translation at the University of Liège for one day a week. I accompany students in writing their dissertations and I also supervise them during their internship.
This allows me to keep a translation activity almost full-time.
I love nature, animals and calamity.
