Your words matter. You spend time crafting your message and I help you reach a broader audience.
I have JLPT N1 certification and a TOEFL iBt score of 112. I am trained in medical, business, conference, legal, and governmental consecutive/simultaneous interpreting and translating.
My mother tongue is English and I have lived in France for 30 years with experience in business, public administration and sports. As part of a varied career I most recently worked as a salaried translator for 5 years then as a freelance translator since 2016.
Since then I have translated software user manuals, social network content for Bocuse d'Or, Pastry World Cup, Capfruit, Paysalia, Rocalia. I have translated blog posts, environmental manifestos, packaging, marketing presentations, business proposals, tourism-related brochures and magazines, websites, and I have subtitled sports videos (climbing in particular)... I love the variety this work has to offer.
If you think your text deserves to be translated by a human being, I look forward to hearing from you.
Hi!
I'm Emma and I have been working as a freelance Italian-English translator for 8 years. I previously lived in Northern Italy, and have a 1st Class Degree in Italian, and a Masters in Translation Studies.
